Mesh was appointed to rationalise and convert an existing multi-storey office in central London to respond to market trends for inner London residential accommodation.

Change of use was motivated and planning consent was achieved for the conversion to four exclusive 1 and 2 bedroom self-contained apartments. Due to existing leases, the project was intricately phased to allow the units to be brought to the market in sequential phases
