6-7 Grosvenor House

Office refurbishment, Belgravia

Grosvenor Place BV instructed Mesh to asset and project manage the re-emergence of some of Belgravia’s finest examples of Grade II listed French Renaissance façade and Neo-Classically interior styled townhouses.

Designed and built between 1867 and 1871 for the Grosvenor Estate by the English Architect Thomas Cundy III, the properties of 6-7 Grosvenor House have recently remained empty for over a decade, falling into a state of disrepair. Following acquisition, remedial works were immediately undertaken to protect and preserve the fabric of the building.

Mesh was instructed to be part of the creative vision that would see this unique 7-story, 51,406 sqft (4,776 sqm) (GIA) property reborn to emerge as one of London’s finest office settings adjacent to Buckingham Palace.
