Swan House

Mesh was appointed to investigate the potential to refurbish the 25 year old Swan House. The viability needed to not only present Swan House as a completely refreshed workplace but also to unlock valuable NIA to support and motivate the investment.

Mesh took on the challenge and delivered a further 4,834sqft increasing the Net:Gross efficiency by a further 5%.

These increased commercial values allowed for a complete external refurbishment, remodelling of the core, finishes, new fit out and new M&E. In addition, Mesh conceived new entrances that would allow for a corporate street between the buildings to create and enhance a sense of place and open up the possibilities to a single occupier.
