Refurbishment and New Build, Lambeth
In tandem with the refurbishment of Dunraven School, Mesh was also appointed to take ownership of the design and delivery of a comprehensive refurbishment to the Sixth Form School.
A similarly complex project which entailed managing the process of delivering a design around a working school environment. Challenges included the short design and construction programme which was tailored around school terms and timetables with the added complexity to work around a school curriculum.
This entailed close liaison with the school board and the construction delivery team whilst working on a very confined site. The project involved the delivery of classrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, multipurpose halls, and external playgrounds and rationalised and secure entrances.
