72-75 High Street

Off the back of Camberley’s Town Centre regeneration aspirations Mesh was appointed to explore the potential to intensify and maximise site value by providing new floors of residential units above the existing ground floor retail at 72-75 High Street Camberley.

The site occupied a prominent corner and as such allowed for expression of 9 new apartments over 3 additional floors, each of varying size and appeal. Having exposed the new potential of the site in this schematic proposal, the client entertained offers from external investors with a view to developing the scheme.
