Allport, Axis Park


Having completed the master planning of Axis Park, a prime development site became attractive to Allport as a location to replace their existing storage and distribution operation in nearby Langley.

The external areas provided ideal space for effective vehicle maneuvering and lorry parking with loading bay doors and docks situated centrally along the north side of the building. Two-storey office accommodations comprising a total of 8,000 sqft of the 63,000 sqft facility have been arranged along the front of the building with staircases at each end, providing maximum flexibility for partition subdivision at each floor level.

The occupier’s specification for high-quality finishes was met with hardwood joinery to doors, architraves, and skirtings along with stainless steel ironmongery and high-grade carpets, providing a superior office environment. Comfort-cooled first floor accommodation and naturally ventilated space at ground floor level created ideal working areas to suit the client’s needs.
