As prime sites in the Axis Park masterplan the buildings have been grouped to maximise exposure to the adjacent M4 motorway and offer the opportunity to either be individually devisable or to be linked to form a single building.

The principal facades feature a triple volume, faceted glazed ‘winter garden’ acting as an environmental screen. Elevations beyond this glazing are clad in maple, which together with timber decking to the winter garden, create a welcoming entrance to the double volume reception core.

The remaining elevations offer a timeless, predominantly glazed, high quality curtain wall solution, which incorporates grey aluminium panels to clad the columns and floor zones.

External spaces have been treated as a combination of hard and soft landscaped areas creating a variety of experiences for the user.

A highly successful speculative development which through working closely with the design and construction team from the outset resulted in a simple 9,0m x 9,0m structural grid which, when combined with a table form construction, led to a seamless construction period delivering a project ahead of programme and below budget.
