Achieving a change of use class under a Class Q Application provided MESH the opportunity to convert a 60m long by 19m wide redundant chicken shed to five high-end, private detached residential units, all nested deep with the most stunning and exclusive forest setting.

Working closely with the client and consultant team, which included planners and arboriculturists, informed a unique design response to provide five contemporary, private, and detached residential units, all nested deep with the most stunning and exclusive forest setting. Large expanses of glazing and generous openings allowed living spaces to flow out to deep-covered terraces and onto private gardens, allowing each to truly celebrate and experience the forest atmosphere and tranquillity.

Such was the success and exclusivity of the scheme that all units sold on the opening weekend.
