Market Square House

Responding to shifting market trends, Mesh was appointed to rationalise the existing office use of the 3 storey plus basement Grade II Listed Market Square House in the historic market town of Petworth.

Working closely with the client, Mesh was able to consolidate the office use to the ground floor and a refurbished basement allowing for the first and second floors to be dedicated to a self-contained 2 bedroom apartment accessed via the use of an existing staircase.

The apartment would then have the exclusive benefit of a roof terrace that enjoyed sweeping views over spires and rooftops to the countryside and South Downs beyond.
